Hi, My name is Miss Mandy and I would like to welcome you to my classroom! I'm so happy you decided to visit us on-line!

I am thrilled to be your child's teacher we are going to have a fantastic school year! I reside in Jonesboro and attend ASU.

I believe in a happy atmosphere for children.  I will greet you and your child each morning.  I want to help your child improve verbal and motor skills this year.  I also want to help them learn to play together and be able to better express themselves.  I use patience and love when teaching your child.  I will teach them colors, shapes, body parts, and the five senses this year.  I will also introduce letters and numbers to them.  We will use a lot of hands on activities including art projects, games, songs, finger plays, and art projects.  We will have such a great time! 

I want you to always feel welcome in my class.  I also want you to stay informed.  I will send home daily report sheets each afternoon.  These will include how your child ate, slept, document potty times, and will also tell what activities were done that day.  I will send home a calendar and newsletter each month to keep you informed of upcoming events and daily activities.  I will also post these on our Parent Information Center located in the classroom.  Party sign-up sheets, and announcements will also be posted here.
